Homemade Fish Chunks

Healthy homemade fish with a spicy breadcrumb coating

350g cod (or any other fish)
150g breadcrumbs (I made my own but you could use store-bought)
20g spicy tortilla chips (optional)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 eggs (beaten)
150g flour
1 tablespoon oil (for frying)
