1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dried chopped onions
1 teaspoons onion powder
1 pinch garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients, mixing until well blended. Taste and adjust any seasonings if needed. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend and the dried onions to soften.
