One of my very favorite meals growing up was when our mom would make these Ham and Pineapple Roll Ups. I made them the other day for my husband because I was in a huge hurry to put dinner on the table, and my husband was in love. He kept asking why I had never made them before! 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
