This homemade pâté is rich in flavor with a hint of mushrooms and red wine. Absolutely delicious on a slice of warm toast or as a snack (appetizer) at your party!

500 g (1.1 lb) Pork Livers
15 g (0.5oz) Dried Porcini Mushrooms
1 Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
½ Teaspoon Salt
A Pinch of Black Pepper to Taste
100 g Unsalted Butter
1 Cup Red Wine
