Homemade Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup + A Boozy (or not!) Pumpkin Spice Latte

My completely natural, 21 Day Fix Approved Pumpkin Spice Syrup is amazing on pancakes, waffles, a spoon or added to coffee for a homemade pumpkin spice latte.

Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup:
1 cup raw sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Boozy (or not!) PSL:
1 hot cup of your favorite coffee (I used vanilla-flavored)
1 tsp coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup (or to taste)
2 Tbs (1 oz) Pumpkin Spice Liqueur (I used Hiram Walker\'s)
