To me, once September 1st is here it's pretty much full blown Fall time. It's my absolute favorite time of the year. I pine for crunchy leaves, autumn wreaths, red & orange trees, sweaters, hats & pumpkin flavored everything. There's a problem though - the lingering Texas heat doesn't help my Fall mood at all. That's why I have to do things to help me snap back into the Fall mood even when it's 92 degrees outside in October. Enter Pumpkin Spice Latte.

2 cups Silk Almond Milk
2 T canned pumpkin
2 T sugar
2 T vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more to garnish
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
Whipped cream to garnish
