Homemade Skim Milk Ranch Dressing

Even I was a little shocked that a homemade ranch dressing - with skim milk & half the calories - was this good!

2/3 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 teaspoon parsley
1/8 teaspoon dill
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons dried chives
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
Combine skim milk and vinegar in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes. Whisk together milk mixture and mayonnaise until smooth. Whisk in the remaining ingredients. It thickens in the fridge and tastes best...
