Living in the country I try my absolute hardest not to run out of things, but hey it happens. I can’t always be looking ahead and realize I need some spur of the moment dessert. One of the things I only buy once a year happens to be sweetened condensed milk because it is $4 a can the rest of the year. That cost adds up. 6 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
2 2/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
