Homemade Thai Chicken Pizza

This colorful pizza tastes just as good as it looks. With peanut sauce, chicken, veggies and of course some gooey cheese, you can spice up your pizza night with the taste of Thai.

1 uncooked pizza crust
1 7 oz jar peanut sauce
2 TBS peanut butter
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1-2 chicken breasts, diced and sauteed
1/4 cup peanuts
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup matchstick carrots
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 TBS olive oil
