4 cups sliced carrots
1 cup water
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
2 tbsp. light butter, softened
1 tsp. honey
1 cup water

In a small bowl, mix together butter and honey.
Place water, carrots and salt in a medium skillet over medium heat. Bring to a simmer.
