Honeybear Rocky Road Brownies

Honey-sweetened brownies with gooey marshmallows and nutty goodness.

1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Grease an 8x8 brownie pan. Cream butter and sugar in a small mixer bowl. Blend in honey and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, cocoa, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and marshmallows. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 28-35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from edge of pan. Allow to cool in pan before serving.
