Honeycrisp Apples with Cilantro is one of the simplest snacks possible to make. I know it is a little silly blogging a recipe that is basically slicing up an apple and sprinkling some cilantro on it, but the two flavors compliment each other so well. The crisp sweet and a little bit tart apple and the bite of the cilantro just make an almost simple mundane snack, so much better. It's moist and tender thanks to sour cream in the batter, and studded with miniature chocolate chips for even more decadent flavor. 1/2 c vegetable oil
1/3 c milk
2 eggs
2 t vanilla extract
2 c all purpose flour
