These hot caramel apple cider floats are warm and spicy, rich and creamy from the melting ice cream with just a touch of decadence thanks to the caramel.

4 servings of hot apple cider (homemade or purchased)
4 scoops of Dulce de Leche ice cream (or any vanilla/caramel ice cream)
Caramel ice cream topping
Fill a mug about 2/3 full of hot apple cider. Add a scoop of dulce de leche ice cream (or any vanilla/caramel flavor), drizzle with warm caramel topping and ENJOY!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
