Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

This outrageously easy dessert will be one of your favorites. Gooey hot fudge covering a moist chocolate cake. Serve warm with ice cream (Moose Tracks is a must at our home)...sure to put you into a bliss coma!

1 cup sugar,divided
1/2 cup cocoa powder, divided
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk (I used skim, but any will work)
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup boiling water
