This recipe is very similar to a Dutch Baby. I love to top this with some fresh fruit as it is being served and sprinkled with powder sugar.

1 stick butter
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
pinch salt

Place 10 inch saute pan, or 10 inch cast iron skillet in oven and melt 1 stick butter in it.
Mix: 6 eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk and a pinch of salt.
Pour: over melted butter.
Bake: at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
