And thankfully, making almond milk is a heck-uv-a-lot easier to do than going out in the early cold dew-of-the-morning with your face-to-udder and either hand cranking or hooking up a milking machine to the cows. 1 cup almonds, soaked 6 hours or overnight
2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
