ingredients :
1/2 pineapple , salt coat , cut into cubes
2 pieces of cucumber , seeded and diced
1 apple , diced
5 pieces of smoked beef , cut into squares
2 tomatoes , seeded and diced
sauce :
1 egg yolk , beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
8 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon warm water
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 pineapple , salt coat , cut into cubes
2 pieces of cucumber , seeded and diced

sauce :
1 egg yolk , beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
8 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon warm water
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
How to make :
1 . Soak cucumbers in water that has been mixed with vinegar and salt to taste about 15 minutes , drain .
2 . Soak apples in water that has been mixed with a pinch of salt about 15 minutes , drain .
3 . Sauce : Mix the egg yolks , salt , and pepper , beat until blended , then enter 1 teaspoon vegetable oil , shake to blend .
4 . Add another 1 teaspoon vegetable oil , shake again to blend , then add back 1 teaspoon vegetable oil , shake again , repeat continuously until the vegetable oil runs out .
5 . Add lemon juice , warm water , mustard , and sugar , stir well .
6 . Put all ingredients in a serving dish , then pour the sauce over it and serve .
