Are you a coffee lover but think twice to have a cup of coffee during summers? Then you have reached the right place. I have a delicious recipe that will allow you relish the taste of coffee and stay cool in summers. So easy to make that it will be ready in no time and the best part is it will be loved by all. My husband comes back every evening asking for more! So what are we waiting for lets get moving and prepare our delicious beverage using the recipe below. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup of whole milk (other forms of milk can also be used)
2. 1 tsp instant coffee (freshly ground coffee can also be used)
3. 4 tbsp vanilla ice-cream (strawberry and/or chocolate may also be used)
4. 3 tsp sugar
5. 4-5 ice cubes
6. Whipped cream (optional)

Directions:
Note: Before we start making the beverage keep an empty glass into the fridge at least an hour before the drink is ready. This is done so that the drink can be enjoyed as chilled as we can.
1. Add some ice-cubes to a blender.
2. Pour the milk, coffee and sugar into the blender and blend for 1 minute.
3. Add the ice-cream to the mixture and blend again till all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
4. Take out the chilled glass from the fridge and pour the drink into the glass.
5. Add some whipped cream if you like and enjoy!
