Indian easy to make Corn Spinach Rolls by Neharika

Shape the mixture made from spinach puree, steamed corns, spice powders and chopped coriander levees as corn spinach rolls and shallow fry the rolls with bread crumbs as coating. These iron rich delicious snack item is typically paired with chutneys or sauce.

1 cup sweet corn (makai ke dane), boiled
100 gms spinach (palak), finely chopped
4 medium sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
50 gms green peas
2 cups chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
2 to 3 green chillies
1 tbsp maize flour (makai ka atta) , roasted (for binding the dough)
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
salt and chilli powder to taste
oil for roasting
Mix all the ingredients including seasonings . Make a smooth dough.shape them like rolls and toss them in home made bread crumbs. Roast on non stick tawa till light brown, serve on a lettuce leaf along with salad ( cucumber , tomato and carrot slices ). Serve with mint coriander chutney.
