Sandesh is an Bengali dessert created with milk and sugar.The sandesh is essentially hot, sweetened Chhana which has been shaped into balls.Pinapple Sandesh is made by placing pinapple between 2 layers of sandesh.

250 gms cottage cheese (paneer)
1/2 tsp. cardomom powder.
1/2 tsp. saffron strands
10 measures sugar free
3 pieces canned pinapple slices ( cut each slice in 4 pieces)
8-10 pieces canned cherries
Mash cottage cheese and mix sugar and cardomom powder in it. Make a fine dough. Divide the dough in 20 equal parts. Take each part 1 by one and roll it in either round and square shape. Now take a rolled layer and place a piece of pinapple over it. Cover it with another rolled layer and then place a cherry over it. Like this make all other sweets. Keep them in refrigerator for 3-4 hrs. Its ready to eat. Enjoy!!
