Indian Potatoes with Spinach

All time favorite of everyone . We can eat this with Chapatis.

300 g Fresh Spinach,
2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped,
1 inch fresh ginger, roughly chopped,
2 onion chopped,
1 green chilly chopped,
2 medium sized potatoes peeled and cubed,
1 teaspoon cumin seed,
1 teaspoon coriander seed,
2 table spoons butter,
Salt to taste.
In a pan put some butter, add the cumin seed, coriander seed, green chilly, onion, garlic and ginger. Fry for some time add the potatoes and cook them well. When potatoes are well cooked add salt and spinach cook for 5 to 10 minutes on high flame, don't over cook the spinach, serve it hot.
