Tomato garlic chutney is mostly used with south indian food. It is yet another varient of garlic chutney and it significantly increases the flavour of food.

2 whole garlic (medim size)
2 chopped tomatoes
¼ tsp. ginger paste
4 dry red chillies
1 tsp. cumin seeds (jeera)
1 and ½ tsp. oil
Salt to taste

Take out garlic flakes and take their cover out.
Fry tomaoes in a pan and let it cool.
For the chutney, grind the chillies along with the water, garlic, salt, tomatoes and jeera.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and add ginger paste and the tomato– garlic paste.
Cook for 2 minutes on low heat or till oil separates.
Add 2 tbsp water and take a boil.
Tomato garlic chutney is ready.
