A twist on the popular appetizer, serve the same flavors hidden inside chicken breast for dinner with this inside Out Jalapeno Popper

2 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
2 oz cream cheese, room temp
2 T finely diced jalapeno, seeds removed
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 egg
1/2 c panko
salt and pepper to taste
