This INSTANT APPLE WALNUT DESSERT is the perfect answer for those sweet cravings! It is sweet, but healthy and not loaded with calories!

2 tbsp coconut oil
2 apples, diced
2 tsp - 1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Vanilla (vanilla makes all desserts taste better)
Pinch of Salt
2 tbsp milk (optional but recomended)
