{Instant Pot} Pressure Cooker French Dip Sandwich ~ Delicious, Tender Beef Cooked in Your Pressure Cooker and Turned Into the BEST French Dip Sandwiches! Easy Weeknight Dinner Recipe for Your Instant Pot!

4 lbs chuck roast
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 package dry au jus mix
1 can beer
3 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
12 slices provolone cheese
8 large rolls
1 tbsp chopped parsley

Let roast rest at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before searing.
Add olive oil to pressure cooker and hit saute button.
Season roast with salt, pepper and onion powder....
