1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup grapeseed oil (or olive oil)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. dried basil
Add vinegar and all spices in small bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until incorporated.
