1 Cup of Quinoa (make according to package directions)
1 Cup cut up tomatoes
1 Cut up Cucumber
1/2 Cup Feta Cheese (I used Herb and Garlic)
1/2 Cup Trader Joe Balsamic Glaze
Step 1 – Cook the Quinoa according to the package instructions Step 2 – Cut up the Tomatoes and Cucumber Step 3 – Mix the Quinoa, vegetables, cheese and Balsamic Glaze together in a bowl and serve
