Italian Sub with Soppressata, Mozzarella, Roasted Peppers, Arugula & Olive Spread

My antipasto inspired Italian Sub. Starting with a great ciabatta roll and piled high with my favorite Italian goodies! Soppresata, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, arugula and a simple olive spread. Amazing flavors, colors and textures!
