I think you can call this one a tex-mex irish recipe. The boys love wrap recipes so I played with this one and it turned out great.

20 oz Ground Turkey
1 cup frozen diced onions
1 cup frozen diced onions, peppers and celery. I know overkill with the onions but it turned out great.
1/2 cup barbecue sauce any kind

You will brown turkey in skillet or dutch oven which every you have available. Add the veggies and cook until done stir in sauce and heat through. Place tortilla in frying pan on low and heat until warm. ...
