Jalapeño Popper Chicken Soup

A super creamy, cheesy and a little spicy soup, perfect to warm you up on a cold day.

4 tablespoons unsalted
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons onion powder
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
3 cups half and half
1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup jalapeño juice, from the jar of pickled jalapeños
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced pickled jalapeños, chopped
