A yummy appetizer that is perfect for any get together.

1.)10 Large Jalapeño Peppers (tops cut off, seeded, deveined, and sliced in half from top to bottom)
2) 1 8oz package of Philadelphia cream cheese softened
3) 1 cup cheddar cheese
4) 1 cup Colby jack cheese
5) 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
6) 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
7) 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter melted
8) 20 slices of bacon
9) Kosher salt/ Black pepper to taste

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1. Cut the big prawn in half.

2. Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard , salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.
