During college I worked at Jamba Juice which I am now grateful for because I now know the Jamba secrets to making delicious smoothies! The secret to the texture of their smoothies is to use frozen fruit. What is the secret to the great taste? Well it’s juice and ice cream! Most smoothies are made with milk and yogurt, so there is the secret to most of their smoothies, they all have some type of fruit juice and ice cream. Enjoy this delicious recipe!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups orange juice (fresh squeezed works the best)
2 scoops non-fat vanilla flavored frozen yogurt (also know as vanilla ice cream)
1 frozen banana
2/3 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup ice cubes (4-5 cubes)
1 1/2 cups orange juice (fresh squeezed works the best)

Directions: Blend all ingredients together until well blended to a smooth, thick consistency. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
