1 kg chicken, remove the skin, cut into pieces
2 cm ginger, finely grated
4 cloves garlic, finely grated
1 onion, sliced ??lengthwise
5 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Stir all ingredients
Put the chicken, mix well
Close using plastic films, let stand for at least 30 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil diwajan non-stick, fried chicken until browned on both sides
