Jelly Cronut Bread Pudding with Bourbon Glaze

This recipe combines the concepts of jelly-filled donuts and the \\\"Cronut\\\" (I use a knock-off) into an awesome bread pudding, then tops it with a bourbon glaze. While this recipe makes one small pan for 3, it can easily be tripled to fit a 9x13 pan for your next potluck or brunch. People will definitely be asking for seconds, and for the recipe.

3 \"Cronuts\" or similar donuts
2 eggs
5 ounces raspberry pastry filling
1 cup of half and half
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons of bourbon
