5 lb Chuck Roast
1 - Onion (Diced)
1 - Clove Garlic (Diced small)
1 - Large bundle of Fresh Kale (Chopped into small pieces)
6 - Large Carrots (Cut into med size pieces)
5-6 - Potatoes (Peel each and cut into four pieces)

Heat oven to 370 degrees (Some ovens may very)
In a Roasting pan add: Chuck Roast, Onions, Garlic and Kale. Fill the pot with water covering everything in pot. Put the lid on and cook in oven for 4-5 hours or until Roast is done. (Add Potatoes about 1 hour before Roast is done) Everything should be tender and meat should pull apart with a fork. The kale will shrink and taste oh so good.
