½ cup onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (9-ounce) package refrigerated three cheese tortellini
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried oregano
