Kefir Probiotic Berry Smoothie

This is a great smoothie that incorporates Kefir into your diet. Kefir is a probiotic drinkable yogurt that helps regulate your digestive and immune system. Great for your tummy!

1/2 cup Kefir - comes in many flavors. I used strawberry.
1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 frozen banana
4 strawberries - frozen is best
1/4 cup frozen blueberries - I usually just use a little small handful - adjust to your taste
1 tsp chia seeds
1tsp flax or omega oil
1 stevia packet
Handful of ice
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy. You can adjust all the fruit and amounts to your taste. You can use just one berry or all of them!
