Kid-Approved Healthy Granola Bars

Sweet, salty, delicious, nutritious, and satisfying! And best of all, kid-approved!

1 cup raisins
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup creamy salted natural peanut butter
1 cup roasted unsalted almonds, loosely chopped
1 1/2 cup oats
1. Place raisins, oats, and almonds in a bowl and set aside. 2. Heat honey and peanut butter in a saucepan until melted. 3. Pour over raisin, oat, and almond mixture. Stir until combined. 4. Place in a parchment-lined pan (I use a glass 8x8) and press mixture firmly into pan. 5. Let sit in refrigerator for about twenty minutes. Cut into bars.
