Perfect for Chinese New Year or any other time you are craving Chinese food! Spicy with a little hint of ginger. So good!

1 Large onion (sliced thin)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic
soy sauce - start with 1/4 cup then add to taste
teriyaki sauce - start with 1/2 cup than add to taste
red pepper flakes 1/8 teaspoon (just a few unless you like it hot!)
