Korean style spicy chicken with gochujang is popular. With the combination of sweet and spicy sauce and crispy chicken is immaculate!

500 g Chicken thigh
100 ml Milk
5 tbsp Corn flour
Sauce :
1 tbsp Gochujang
2 tbsp Ketchup
5 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2-1 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Grated garlic
50 ml Water

1. Cut chicken thighs into 25g pieces and soak them in milk for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
