Krave Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles

16 oz refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
3/4 cup Krave cereal
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips - I used Chocoley Dark Chocolate Molding Chocolate (It's FABULOUS)
White chocolate chips - again I used Chocoley White Dipping and Coating Chocolate
Sprinkles, sanding sugar, etc. if you want to decorate.
Bring the cookie dough to room temperature. In a stand mixer, combine the cookie dough and cereal on low until thoroughly combined. Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper; place in freezer for 30 minutes. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until melted. Remove truffles from freezer and dip in chocolate, pouring it over the truffles to make sure they're covered and place back on parchment paper. (They will harden pretty fast, especially if you use Chocoley chocolate). Just sayin'. Melt white chocolate the same way as the dark, and drizzle over the truffles after they have hardened. Decorate as desired.
