Healthy Veggie Soup

1/2 head cabbage, chopped
2 c. carrots, sliced
8 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen veggies (your choice)
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cans (10 oz. each) diced tomatoes with chili’s, undrained
6 c. water
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
Add ins:
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz.) corn, drained
1 c. elbow noodles, cooked
Place everything in a large pot and bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer for 1 hour. Stir in any of the add ins that you would like before serving.
