Leftover Mashed Potato Patties

A great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes.

3/4 cup cold mashed potatoes
1 tbsp flour
Seasoning salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp oil
Combine the mashed potatoes, flour, salt, red pepper, and cilantro in a bowl. Divide into four parts and shape into patties. Heat up the oil in a pan and carefully add the potato patties. Fry on one side for a couple minutes until golden brown and then carefully flip them and cook on the other side. Serve with ketchup.
