Lemon and Blackberry Poppy Seed Muffins

Soft and fluffy Lemon and Blackberry muffins filled with crunchy little poppy seeds; the perfect, flavour filled way to kick start your day!

2 1/2 cups plain flour
2 tbsp poppy seeds
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 cup fresh blackberries
Zest of 1 large or 2 small lemons
1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
