Lemon Blackberry Pie Bars

A unique spin on lemon bars. A lemon filling swirled with homemade blackberry jam gives a nice tart taste against the buttery pie crust.

1 refrigerated pie crust
½ cup of powdered sugar
Lemon Filling:
1 cup fresh lemon juice
8-9 medium lemons
½ cup sugar (if you like a little more sweetness, add an additional ¼ cup sugar)
1 package lemon Jell-O
3 tbs. cornstarch
¼ cup water
Blackberry Jam:
2½ cups blackberries
¾ cup sugar
3 tbs. cornstarch
¼ cup water
