These chewy, gooey lemon blondies feature a brownie-like texture and the perfect balance of sweet and tangy lemon flavor.

For the blondies:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
4 eggs
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
