Lemon Chicken Orzo

This dish comes together in just about 30 minutes, uses one pot and has a vegetable in it, making it a complete meal with great lemon flavor.

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
14.5 ounces low sodium chicken broth
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons honey
2 1/2 tablespoon light sour cream
2 cups water
3/4 cup orzo
8 ounces frozen green beans
