This dip is phenomenal!!

•1-2 store-bought or homemade pie crust
•1 can sweetened condensed milk
•3 eggs, separated
•1/2 c. lemon juice (fresh is best!)
•3 tbsp. corn syrup (or sugar)
•a pinch of cream of tartar
