1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded zucchini
2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
