We have been on a lemon kick lately. There is nothing better than the sweet, tart, and tangy lemon flavor in this delicious bread! The greek yogurt makes this bread super moist! You’ll love the lemon glaze on top! This recipe is at the top of our “favorites” list!

2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup plain greek yogurt (10.6 ounces)
1? cups sugar, divided
3 eggs
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest (2 lemons)
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon lemon extract
½ cup vegetable oil
? cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
